ALL ABOUT VILLA MILAGROS

Villa Milagros is located in Community Village, Brgy, Manggahan, Rizal. It is only 14 KM away from RiverBanks in Marikina and 13 KM away from Sandigan Bayan.

There are 2 main route to get here:
1. Marikina → San Mateo → Rodriguez (Montalban) route
2. Commonwealth → Batasan-San Mateo Road → San Mateo → Rodriguez (Montalban)
3. Commonwealth → Manila Grave Pit Road (Litex) → Rodriguez (Montalban)

We recommend that our clients and guests use the app Waze to help you monitor traffic and give you the fastest way to get to Villa Milagros. You may also contact us to check for any ongoing events in the San Mateo area or Montalban area to avoid local traffic.

EVENTS

Villa Milagros has 4 venues that can host your event.
The North Wing is a newly-built indoor hall and is considered as the Mansion’s extension for its shared elegance and grandeur, and has a complimentary garden, Sanse’s Garden, that you may use as your ceremony garden or cocktail area. It can host up to 300 guests for a simple setup and 200- 250 guests depending on the grand setup. It also has the feature where you can book Half of The North Wing if you have a lesser crowd of around 120 guests.

Delia’s Garden is one of the magnificent gardens of Villa Milagros and has a complimentary terrace called Delia’s Terrace. It can host up to 250 guests.

Cristina’s Garden is your best venue for an intimate wedding or event. It has a complementary terrace called Cristina’s Terrace that you may use as your ceremony venue or cocktail area. It can host up to 120 guests only.

The Liamzon Hall serves as the heart of the Mansion. This oval-shaped hall definitely fits your need for a more intimate social gathering. It can hold up to 40 guests only. This venue is the perfect venue for your indoor intimate wedding.

We want you and your guests to enjoy our place and keep your event private and secured.

Yes! We accept debuts, birthdays, socials, corporate, and other events. You may now inquire with us via Facebook, Instagram, email, or in our official website.

Yes, you may! You may also rent additional gardens for your ceremony or cocktail. Contact us for more details about additional services.

Your 5-hour venue rental starts from the “invitation time” agreed as per Venue Rental Agreement that you will sign when you have decided to have your event with us. If you exceed the 5-hour period, additional charges will apply. This regulation is strictly enforced by the company.

We do not do pencil book dates. The deductible reservation fee guarantees the date of the event with us.

Yes, we do allow fireworks during your event, however, we require the clients to process and settle all documents and permits required by the municipality of Rodriguez, Rizal, and have Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) on-standby for safety purposes. You may also use sparklers during events but make sure that all debris is properly disposed of.

Yes, you may bring your pets for during your event, however, we require the clients to submit a copy of their vaccinations and documents in advance. Pets are allowed to roam around the venue, however not inside the Mansion, and are required to have a chaperone with them at all times. This is to ensure the safety of both pets and clients/guests within the Villa Milagros.

All payments made to Villa Milagros are non-refundable, non convertible, and non-transferable.

Event dates can be changed once if the management is informed 6 months before the event and is subject to availability. Date change penalties are as follows.:
20% penalty if less than 6 months before the event,
50% penalty less than 4 months before the event,
100% penalty less than 2 months before the event

If you are renting a garden venue and are worried about the weather, we advise you to rent a tent or better, book our indoor hall, The North Wing or the Liamzon Hall.

Yes, you may. We are open to all outside suppliers. We do not have a corkage fee, what we have is a security deposit that is fully refundable given that there will be no damages before, on, and after the event.

For styling areas of Villa Milagros, we enforce strict rules when it comes to designing a portion or portions of the property for an event. We do this to ensure that no part(s) of the property will be damaged. Any damage incurred, will be automatically deducted in the Security Deposit.

None, but we do have trusted suppliers that we can refer to you.

Ocular visits are by appointment only. Kindly let us know 2 - 3 days before your preferred date and time so that we can check its availability.

Yes, we offer 2 ceremony packages that can accommodate 50-100 guests. (Price may vary depending on the chosen venue and catering service.)

Ceremony styling is not included in our wedding packages. We have trusted suppliers for event styling.

Our standard wedding package includes the venue and amenities, on-the-day coordination, basic lights and sounds, projector and screen, basic photo booth, or catering service. Event styling is not included, but we can refer you to our trusted suppliers for event styling.

PHOTO SHOOT

Here at Villa Milagros, we value your experience and special moments with us. When you decide to have your photo shoot and video shoot -- Villa Milagros is exclusively yours. We want you and your guests to enjoy our place and keep your event private and secured.

Yes, you can! Contact us now about how you can avail us as your photoshoot venue. If you book an event with us, you will have a 4 hours use of our grounds for your shoot for free. This is a way for us to thank you for having Villa Milagros as your venue.

We do not allow the use of colored smoke bombs inside the premise of Villa Milagros. This is to protect the garden landscapes and the white structure of the Villa Milagros.

Yes! We do allow drones to be flown inside our property to give you that extraordinary photoshoot.

Yes, you may bring your pets for your photo shoot, however, we require the clients to submit a copy of their vaccinations and documents in advance. AMENITIES

You may choose your preferred time of check-in at the rooms and you can even check-in before your invitation time. The earliest possible check-in is at 8:00 AM. The clients and suppliers must vacate the room and surrender the key upon the agreed time for check-out. Please note that extra charges apply after the set time for the room.

We offer free parking inside Villa Milagros for clients, guests, and suppliers. We have around 80 parking slots within the premises. Make sure to secure your valuables as we will not be held liable for any losses.

We are strict on implementing the use of our designated outdoor smoking areas.

Villa Milagros has 6 rooms that you and your guests can use.

The Milagros Suite, which is our complimentary room is located at the ground floor. The suite can only be used for the on-the-day stay.

We also have 4 rooms located at the second floor of the mansion that can be used for on-the-day stay or overnight stay. Sonia’s room, that can hold 12 guests on-the-day stay and 4 guests for overnight stay. Corazon’s room, that can hold 8 guests for on-the-day stay and 3 guests for overnight stay. Zeny’s room, that can accommodate 8 guests for on-the-day stay and 4 guests for overnight stay. We also have Norma’s room that can accommodate 8 guests for on-the-say stay and 4 guests for overnight stay.

We also have a common room for all which is the Dining Room, located at the ground floor of the Mansion. The guests and suppliers can use this room all throughout the day. This is also the room where the clients can move to from Milagros Suite upon check out.

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept cash, bank deposit, and bank transfer. To reserve your date, we require a non-refundable reservation fee of Php 15,000 for Venue Rental , Php 10,000 for Photoshoot, and Php 25,000 for a Package.

A security deposit of Php 20,000 is required. A 50% down payment should also be paid within 30 days after the reservation is made. The clients must be fully paid of his/her guaranteed cost a month before his/her event.

Kindly contact us for the bank details and availability of your chosen date before settling your payments.

No. You may choose the venue later. However, to officially reserve the date, we still require a non-refundable and non-transferable bank deposit as a reservation fee. (Note: Reservation fees are subject to change depending on whether they avail themselves of the venue rental only or a wedding package.)
