Our 5-hour BASIC VENUE RENTALS allow you to have full control of your event while enjoying many of our complimentary services. Our long-standing, supplier-friendly – “Open-Door” Policy allows us to work with all kinds of suppliers. Our clients, on the other hand, pay no corkage fees.

Maximize our property with a generous 5-hours of use of our venues for your special day. When you book Villa Milagros as your events venue, you and your guests get our entire property to yourselves.
NO CORKAGE FEES
You can get your dream event with all your trusted suppliers. Villa Milagros’ open-door policy lets you book your suppliers without corkage fees.
USE OF CHITO'S GARDEN AS A COCKTAIL AREA
Do you need an extra cocktail area? We have a complementary garden that can come with any venue rental. As a bonus, it already has tables and chairs set up so your VIPs can sit and relax while you have your photo shoot.
8 x 16 x 2 FT STAGE PLATFORM
Because all our clients are the stars of the day, we make sure that you stand out from the crowd during your event. Villa Milagros provides an 8 x16 x 2 ft stage where you can stay and be seen throughout your event.
ELECTRICITY (UP TO 50 AMPERES)
Your event will not be complete without the perfect lights & sounds, so we made sure to include 50 amperes in any venue rental to cover the basic lights & sounds, and multiple food carts.
CATERER'S KITCHEN & SUPPLIERS' AREA
Our suppliers will be well taken care of during your special day since we provide their own areas so they can render their best work.
USE OF THE DINING ROOM AS YOUR VIP HOLDING AREA
Are your VIPs arriving earlier than expected? No worries, Villa Milagros’ air-conditioned dining room can host VIPs so they can wait and relax while waiting for the event to start.
2 ON-SITE MEETINGS
Besides your initial visit, Villa Milagros offers 2 on-site meetings with you and your suppliers so you can make your dream event happen. Plan your layouts, guest flows, celebrant’s walk, and even your program with our Account Executives.
DIGITAL FOLDER FOR VENUE-RELATED EVENTS DOCUMENTS
Access to your event files is just a click away. Upon booking our venue, we set you up for success by creating your digital event folder. It contains all documents and checklists to guide you until the day of the event.
3 ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT
You can rest assured that your event will run as smoothly as possible because we have 3 Account Executives on-site who will oversee your entire event from start to end.
USHERS, RESTROOM ATTENDANTS, AND PARKING ATTENDANTS
You can expect royal treatment from the time you step inside the property until the time you surrender your keys. That’s why we have staff to assist your guests around our 1-hectare property.

BACK-UP GENERATOR (FOR EMERGENCY)
Making sure that your event will continue despite a power interruption, Villa Milagros has a backup generator that will be used in case of emergencies.
PARKING SPACE FOR UP TO 80 CARS
We made sure that our events place has ample parking space for your event. And since we only do one event per day, your clients and suppliers need not worry about finding a parking slot for their vehicles.
6 HOURS SUPPLIERS INGRESS &
3 HOURS SUPPLIERS EGRESS
To ensure that your event is already set and perfect by your event time, Villa Milagros provides 6 hours of ingress time. We also made sure to give them an ample amount of time during egress to pack up their materials after your event.
